It was Grandma's and Noli's birthday a few weeks ago. It is pretty lovely that these two ladies share similar birthdays: Grandma and Noli are probably the most alike of all the littles. I usually put Noli in charge of whatever clean up operation is supposed to be happening. She is a born organizer. Mom and Noli are both the blondest, blue-eyed-est ladies in our family. And they are both wonderful to be around. Noli is such a loving niece and she tolerates all my probing and questioning about her life, her friends, what is cool these days... etc...
Mom decided to have a fight with the pavement, right before her birthday, so she was more colourful than normal.
