There has been a resurgence of drawing around here..... Cole and Essy made a trip to the pond and these were the results of a few hours or drawing.
Gabe was busy working at Welsh Hill Farm today, clearing some bush and pulling saplings. I don't know what that means but after 8 hours of it, he was pretty tired. Cole will draw a picture of him sweaty and dirty later....

I need ot note that if I had made this part of a school day, the idea of a nature journal with latin naming of insects would have been met with absolute defiance! Somehow when it's Cole's idea, it's effortless.... |
